Last week, I took part in Japan Fashion Week.
I went to see a lot of fashion shows.
I got the chance to meet a lot of different people, and I was taught several different things.
Also, there were just great clothes. I also want to wear them!
At the venue, I met with Chiaki-san from AAA (*Translator’s Note: a Japanese co-ed group) and ICONIQ-san.
They are both really nice and I'm glad I met them.
The clothes I wore were dress from H&M and Versace's collaboration collection.
At another event, I met with JUNO-san.
The clothes are a dress by FENDI.
I also was wearing accessories by CHAUMET.
And apart of that, I met with different peopleー♪♪
I’m showing you my picture with the designer.
The designer is Hirokawa Tamae-san.
Then, in the evening I went to my favorite restaurant in Japan to have a meal.
I recommend you Hormon restaurant!

After School member Juyeon posted a new message on their blog. She updated their blog on March 28th and the blog title is "This is Juyeon, thank you so much for your messages!"
Juyeon said that she read all the messages that fans sent her. She was so happy to receive it all.

After School is busy preparing for their first solo tour in Japan. Their first concert will be held on April 27th at Zepp Tokyo. The members are practicing really hard to show a better performance and that will be their first solo concert so they have to do well. The fans couldn't wait to see the girls performing on their stage.

To keep up with the fast moving world of K-pop, it’s no longer enough to follow your favorite boy or girl band. These days, fans have to keep track of an ever-changing array of smaller groups that come together almost as fast as they break apart.
These smaller groups are often formed from an already proven success, with bands like Super Junior and After School giving rise to newer and sometimes better versions of themselves before they are absorbed back into the original band or spun off again into another duo or trio.
Orchestrating this wave of constant combinations are the entertainment agencies who train and finance the bands until they turn out a profit.
By breaking down groups and repackaging them, the companies can spotlight individual members of K-pop super groups, which can consist of as many as 10 members or more. Members of the smaller groups are featured for more than just a few seconds each per song and the companies build a stronger fan base for the original group.
According to pop music critic Kim Jag-ga, pop groups need to constantly evolve in order to make a profit for the huge companies that train and finance the bands.
SM Entertainment was the first to try this strategy when it broke the 13-member boy band Super Junior into four smaller groups each with its own style and concept. Two years after the group’s debut in 2005, the company introduced fans to Super Junior T, a six-member group known for trot music hits, Super Junior M, a seven-member group with two Chinese nationals and a hit album released in China and Japan, and Super Junior Happy, a sextet known for its jubilant tunes and the 2008 EP “Cooking?Cooking!” But the most successful group by far has been Super Junior-K.R.Y., a trio of balladeers comprising the three best vocalists in the group. Their album “Fly” from last year has topped charts and the group has toured Japan three times.
The success of these sub-groups has led other major bands to follow their lead, with some of the smaller groups attracting even more attention then the originals.
That was the case with Orange Caramel, a quartet featuring the four youngest members of the girl group After School. The group was formed in 2010 and got their first taste of fame with an EP they released that June. They won fans over with their doll-like appearance and cute performances and they’ve topped online music charts with songs such as “A-ing,” and “Shanghai Romance.”
One of the newest groups to emerge is Rainbow Pixie, which debuted with the song “Hoi Hoi” and consists of three members of the girl group Rainbow.
It’s gimmick is colorful costuming and choreography with lots of waving magic wands.
In other cases, the sub-group directs fans back to the original group.
The duo that is Sistar 19 won fame for its fast songs and short skirts, quickly surpassing the popularity of the four-member group that gave it its name. In its original incarnation, Sistar was known for light and cheerful songs.
Sometimes, the new groups are formed with members from other bands from the same entertainment agency.
Cube Entertainment used this tactic to form Trouble Maker. The popular group was a duo consisting of Hyun-A from 4Minute and Jang Hyun-seung from Beast and its self-titled EP went to No. 1 on various music charts.
But in a reflection of how quickly these groups come together and fade away, Trouble Maker is already part of K-pop history.

BEAST's official cheering light stick ver2.0 making story
The making story of BEAST's official cheering light stick, b2uties, shall we go through the process one by one?!
Find the problems of the official cheering light stick ver1.0, aka Vaccine light stick!
The vaccine light stick has it's own special aura, however it's heavier and the brightness doesn't compare up to the weight of the stick.
So, there was the complaint about how no matter how hard the b2uties shook the light stick with their weak arms, the brightness of the light stick didn't compare up to the brightness of the light stick of other fantoms.
Also, it lacked the special identity of BEAST so if BEAST's logo was covered, the light stick's design made it hard to notice who the light stick belonged to.
First, find BEAST's personal identity!
We first looked for symbols that was associated with BEAST.
In general when we thought of BEAST, we were reminded of strength, power, axe, monsters, and etc.
However, the light stick was something you b2uties were to carry in your precious hands, therefore we started to think about how we can put together the BEAST and the B2UTIES in one symbol!
And that's how we stuck with the 'Beauty and the Beast" concept!!
BEAST who sing on stage are actual beasts, and the b2uties cheering in the crowd below them are actual beauties.
No matter how they look, or what situation they are in, B2UTIES are the ones who will understand the thoughts of BEAST and love them for who they are~!!
In the thoughts that we will return the favor to the b2uties by giving them a rose, we decided to go with the rose concept.
B2UTIES also agreed to the plan~
After searching through many online communities of what you b2uties wanted, there were some people who wanted the rose design!
Realizing this fact, we confirmed to carry out the rose design as the official light stick ver2.0 design.
The idea sketching process of anything and everything related to roses
The rose light stick design by CUBE has to fit the criteria that anyone who saw it could realize that it was a rose and that it needed to be a shape that can give off the most brightness.
So after sketches of so many ideas, BEAST's official light stick ver2.0 was born.
Endless testing of design, quality, and brightness
In order to create the best product, we tested the quality of materials, designs, and the lantern brightness that goes inside the stick so many times.
The above image was a cut from the process, so it's different from the final one.
And that is how BEAST's official light stick ver2,0 is born~

After the Idol Star Athletics Championships ended, we came back to the dorm. I looked at posts here and there and now I'm writing one ㅎㅎ
Recently I've been thinking that we have to work really hard for the next album to save all you 4nias ㅎㅎ
We have a lot of activities in our schedules so I want to give a lot of hints(?) Is that what it's called? I want to give a lot of those ㅎㅎ
We want to make it so that you can go around saying that you're a 4nia proudly ㅎㅎ Not that you're discouraged to be a 4nia right now ㅎ
Thank you very much to the 4nias who came to the Idol Star Athletics Championships to see us even though we aren't promoting right now
My eyesight isn't that good but I think for the few minutes that I was able to see, I only paid attention to 4nias ㅎㅎ Don't be sad if you couldn't find 4minute ㅜㅜ
