[NEWS] TVXQ makes history with ‘Live Tour 2012 – TONE’

Hallyu group TVXQ made another history in Japan!

On April 14th to 16th, TVXQ held their sold-out ‘Live Tour 2012 – TONE’ at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. The three day concert attracted over 165,000 audience members, proving their status as legends in Japan.

According to Sankei Sports, TVXQ had made history for being the first overseas artist to have held concerts at the Tokyo Dome for three consecutive days in 11 years. TVXQ has become the third artists to claim the feat after Michael Jackson and Backstreet Boys.

TVXQ will also be holding their biggest Japanese fan event in Saitama in June and Kobe in July which is expected to attract over 100,000 fans. The event will take place in Saitama on June 30 and July 1 and July 7 and 8 in Kobe.

Meanwhile, TVXQ is currently preparing for the live tour finale at the Osaka Kyoccera Dome on April 21.
