Super Junior’s Kangin will be discharged from his two-year mandatory military service on April 16th. The member will be free from his duties and is scheduled to rejoin his fellow Super Junior members after three years.

However some reports tell otherwise. A media outlet reported that nothing has been finalized yet regarding Kangin’s comeback.

According to report, SM Entertainment explained “Kangin is being discharged on the 16th, but there hasn’t been anything confirmed regarding his comeback.”

The agency added, “We’re not sure whether the Super Junior members will be able to be at the scene of his discharge. This weekend, they have a ‘Super Show 4’ concert and have a busy schedule, so it’s up in the air as to whether they will be able to make time for it.”

Kangin enlisted in the army in July 2010. Before entering, he made headlines in October 2009 by being accused of drunk driving and fleeing the scene after crashing into two taxis. He later turned himself in and was charged fine by Seoul Central District Court.
