[NEWS] SS501′s Park Jung Min to suspend contract with CNR Media

SS501’s Park Jung Min has officially requested for his exclusive contract with CNR Media to be nullified.

On April 12th, a personnel within the law circle stated that Park Jung Min went to Seoul Central District Court to apply suspension of his exclusive contract with his former agency, CNR as they have failed to distribute the profits properly.

Park Jung Min stated, “We have agreed on the domestic revenue payments to be 8:2 (80% to 20%), and for overseas revenue payment to be 5:5 (50%/50%), but the company other than giving 150million won, they failed to pay other benefit payments.”

Park Jung Min has parted ways with the agency, but cannot join another label as he is still under contract with CNR Media.
