[News] Simon D to make acting debut in "Standby"

Rapper Simon D of hip-hop duo Supreme Team will be making his acting debut through MBC upcoming sitcom "Standby".

Simon D will be playing the role of a stereotypical young Busan man. His character named ‘Simon D’ is described as working in a shop and has aspirations of becoming a rapper. He forms a three-member group that includes ‘So Min’ and ‘Kyung Pyo’ who always sit around and worry about life’s problems.

"Standby" will revolve around the lives of producers, directors, writers and other employees of TV11. For this sitcom, Simon D will be joining Ryu Jin, Jung So Min and ZE:A’s Im Siwan, who have been previously confirmed for the cast. Sharing is sexy
