[News] NU'EST's lyrics from 'Face' hits controversy!
Pledis’ rookie boy group NU’EST got involved in a lyrics controversy.
NU’EST had debuted on M Countdown on the 15th with their title song ‘Face’. In the chorus, there is a part with the ‘shh(쉿)’ and this word had started the controversy. People have been speculating whether the song is saying ‘Sh*t’ which is an English word.
The agency had cleared the problem by saying that the ‘Shh’ means ‘Be quiet’ instead of the English word. They also explained further about the situation “If it was the English word, it would’ve been impossible to release the song in the first place. We did not use it for that reason. There are no problems with the lyrics”.
