[News] FNC Music changes name to FNC Entertainment

FNC Music, the agency that houses to popular idol bands CNBLUE and FTIsland, recently changed the name of the company. While FNC is building up new building worth 10 billion won, they changed the name to FNC Entertainment in preparation of the 2nd inauguration. They don’t only support and manage musicians but also expand their business as a complex entertainment company.

At the moment, FNC Entertainment scouted actor Park Kwang Hyun and hired professionals to support their artists.

FNC is known to have sent out their artists for various drama roles in the past years, having had FTIsland's Hongki and CNBLUE's Yonghwa starred in SBS drama "You're Beautiful" in 2009. Also, Kang Min Hyuk is cast for upcoming KBS weekend TV series “You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly”, while Lee Jong Hyun and Lee Jung Shin are likely to be casted in drama as leading role, inspiring envy in other people.

President Han said, “More and more movie or drama staffs want singers in our company. So we feel that we need to respond to them professionally. So we are re-arranging the portfolio of our company and decided our course as ‘Complex’ entertainment company”.
