[News] YG Entertainment Releases Smartphone Application

Fans will now be able to check out their favorite YG artists anytime, as YG Entertainment has released its first smartphone application!

On January 26th, YG Entertainment, home of top artists like Big Bang and 2NE1, launched its smartphone application "YG Family". It is deemed to be different from the short-term applications, as it contains everything about YG Entertainment artists and will constantly be updated with new content.

The app, which is free, allows users to check out music videos, images, multimedia data, concert and broadcasting schedules, and album releases. It will also be releasing highlights from YG Family 15th Anniversary Concert, which took place from December 2011 to January 2012 in Korea and Japan.

"YG Family" will be available for free download on the Android Market and at the App Store in both English and Korean.
