[News] SHINee members to cameo on Minho's "Salamander Guru and the Shadows"

SHINee's Minho, who has been cast in the upcoming SBS "Salamander Guru and the Shadows", promised that his fellow members would cameo in the sitcom.

During the press conference for the sitcom on January 16th, Minho hopingly stated, "I don’t know if the SHINee members will be appearing as cameos, but I think that since I’m in it, the members will have to help me sometime."

"Our sitcom brings in a lot of cameos. It’ll be another entertaining point to look forward to", the idol added.

Minho also revealed that during his confirmation for the sitcom, all the SHINee members congratulated him, gave few advices (since Taemin acted in a sitcom before) and cheered for him since it will be Minho's first acting role.

Minho will take on the character of a genius hacker named Minhyuk for the ten-part series. "The Salamander Guru and the Shadows", who is helmed by producer Park Seung-min and writer Seo Eun Jung, also features actors Oh Dal-su, Im Won-hee and Lee Byeon-jun and actress Ryu Hyun-kyung.

The sitcom is scheduled to begin airing on January 27th.
