[News] JYJ’s Yoochun not booked by Korean Coast Guard

JYJ member Yoochun will testify in a case related to the Ships Safety Act.

The South Seas Marine Police told TV Report on January 26th, "Yoochun is not being booked. He is just being questioned in the process of investigating the contracting company he trusted his yacht to".

YTN reported on this day that Yoochun was booked by the South Seas Marine Police for violating the Ships Safety Act by not following a safety procedure with the yacht that he owns.

His management, C-Jes Entertainment said, "We are looking into the matter and will let you know when we find something".

Meanwhile, the Ships Safety act Article 89 says that anyone who doesn't get their ship checked for any reason will be fined with an amount of KRW 2 million.
