She had been receiving speculations about eye surgery recently, but pictures from her past showed that she had the very same eyes since she was born. The little IU then and the IU today showed no differences except her growth, and her cuteness still remains.

IU discussed the plastic surgery rumors on the KBS 2TV program "Seung Seung Jang Goo" on December 13th.
