IU was caught showing an embarrassed expression.
Recently, a thread entitled "IU receiving an award, yet looking embarrassed" was posted on an online community.
Back in October, IU went onstage after she was chosen to receive the Good Model award at the 2011 Korean Advertising Association (KAA) Awards.
However, before the award presenters even read out her medal, she put out her two hands to receive the award. In the end, she had to stand there holding her hands in that position until they finished reading out what the award was for. Unable to hide her hands and not knowing what to do, she wanted to laugh at her own pose, but stared into space at chewed at her lip, to contain her laughter.
Netizens who saw these pictures gave comments such as, "IU is really cute", "It's even more amusing to watch how she's trying to hold her laughter", "I mean she could keep her hands again", "They should read the award more quickly", "IU looks really sheepish", "The things she does are really cute".
Meanwhile, IU's 2nd album title song 'You and I' won first place on music programs and she is currently actively doing promotions.
