Super Junior-M are showing great power in Thailand with their 2nd full length album ‘Break Down’.
According to statistics released by Thailand’s biggest album retailers B2S, ‘Break Down’ dominated the TOP 20 chart for 3 consecutive weeks dating from February 25th to March 17th. The title track “Break Down” also maintained its #1 position in True Music Top 20 for 4 weeks from February 18th to March 17th, proving Thai fans’ great interest and love for the unit.
Meanwhile, Super Junior-M successfully held a large-scale fan meeting last February in Bangkok, and the domination of their new album further indicated their huge popularity in the country.
During Super Junior's Don't Don era, it was revealed to fans that Henry, who is a member of the group's sub-unit Super Junior M, is a very skilled violinist.
In the recent episode of ‘Master Chef Korea Celebrity‘, Henry gave a violin performance for the contestants to encourage them. People on the set were amazed during his performance. They were impressed and couldn't take their eyes away from him as he performed 'The Farmers Song'. His hands and gestures struck viewers and left them open-mouthed as he finished his last blow.
Kim Sung Soo commented, "He's really cute, he can cook well too, what else he can't do?". Fans agreed by commenting, "Those hands are so perfect! He's very talented.","He's very skilled.", "I was so impressed." etc.

F(x) Victoria and Super Junior M's Zhou Mi show their closeness as they shared photos of them having snack on their respective weibo accounts.
The photos were posted with a caption from Victoria, "ZhouMi said the bread is delicious~yeah". ZhouMi also wrote, "Song Qian said the coffee is delicious〜yeah".
They are so cute answering each other, aren't they?

Super Junior-M successfully wrapped up its “2013 Super Junior M Fan Party: Break Down” fan meet tour.
After their first fan party in Thailand, Super Junior-M held its fan meets at National Taiwan University in Taiwan from February 21-23, and at Sichuan Provincial Gymnasium in Chengdu, China, on February 24. For four days the group entertained 20,000 fans.
Local presses also made detailed reports of their activities from its entry into Taiwan to the press interviews and the fan meets. One media outlet especially reported about every detail in the fan meeting tour.
During the fan party, Super Junior-M performed songs from their most recent single “Break Down” as well as “Go” and “Good Bye My Love” from its second studio album. A number of different individual performances were prepared just for the show as well.
They also took a lot of time to have talks and events with the fans, and showed a great effort in trying to have more intimate communication with them.

Super Junior-M successfully finished their first fan party in Thailand.
The group held its ‘2013 Super Junior-M Fan Party Break Down in Bangkok’ at the Thunder Dome in Bangkok on February 16, which attracted over 5,000 fans.
During the event, Super Junior-M performed a great number of songs that were rendered just for the show, including their latest title track “Break Down” as well as “Go”, “Good Bye My Love” and other songs from their second studio album.
The acapella performance of “Me”, the playing of instruments while performing “Love is Sweet”, “U”, “Sorry Sorry”, and individual performance from the members’ also drew much attention from their Thai fans.
The boys also had a great talk time with the fans, had quiz games, photo time, and a great number of other special events. Thai fans expressed their love for the group in turn in a special video message and a placard event, drawing tears from the members.

Super Junior M conducted a successful fanmeeting in Thailand on February 16 for their 'Break Down' promotions. A Facebook staff uploaded a photo of the members holding banners with text "Cuz it's U Wo Zhi Ai Ni".
Thai ELFs prepared a very special project and members were delighted and showed their gratitude. It was written:
"Biggest thanks from Super Junior-M to all Thai fans for preparing a surprise event during Bangkok fan party. “Cuz it’s U, wo zhi ai ni” [from FACEBOOK SMTOWN STAFF]"

Super Junior Siwon yet again impresses not only their fans but other people by his act.
On February 15, upon their arrival at the airport going to Thailand, Super Junior M's Siwon helped a fan from falling down and supported her to stand. Because of the crowded space, the fan lost balance and tripped. Fortunately, Siwon avoided it from happening and quickly grabbed her arm. Fans, staff and other people around them were impressed by his gesture.
Fans who saw the photo commented, "Siwon how perfect can you become? You're really one of a kind!", "He's very kind and handsome.","Lucky fan!" and so on.
Meanwhile, Super Junior M held a fanmeeting in Thailand on February 16 prior to their ongoing promotions for 'Break Down".

Super Junior M who is currently active in promoting their single 'Breakdown' has come to Thailand to hold fanmeeting. Ryeowook posted a group selca and wrote, "“Super Junior M in Thailand~ Let’s have fun ELF in Thailand.”
In the photo, Henry, Donghae, Ryeowook, Siwon and Eunhyuk are making various expressions. Fans commented, "They really look like they're having fun!" , "Good luck for your fanmeeting.", "I like their smiles." and etc. However attentive fans commented, "Where are Sungmin and Kyuhyun?".

Taiwan's TV show, "Just Loving JK" has revealed the "Top 10 Best Selling Korean Albums of 2011 in Taiwan".
As expected, Super Junior, who dominated Taiwan's KKBOX's Korean music charts for over 80 weeks, continue to sweep enormous popularity in the country, claiming the top two spots of the chart. Super Junior's sub-unit Super Junior-M landed on #1 while Super Junior claimed #2 spot.
Other artists include "Asia's Prince" Jang Geun Suk at #3, Girls' Generation at #4 and CNBLUE took #5 spot.

f(x) member Victoria will be expanding her career and will make her acting debut in a Taiwanese drama.
A representative stated, "f(x)’s Victoria has been cast as the lead for Taiwan’s drama "Prince from a Lost Castle". News about hallyu idols taking the lead roles have boosted up Taiwanese fans' anticipations to the drama."
Victoria will play the role of an orphaned girl who will be at the top of a love triangle between Taiwanese boy band Fahrenheit’s Calvin Chen and Super Junior-M's Zhoumi. The male leads, who are candidates to succeed a company, will fight to win the hand of Victoria. It has been revealed that Victoria will even have her first kiss scene with either one of them.
Meanwhile, Victoria arrived in Shenzhen, China last Friday and began filming on January 8th.

South Korean idol group Super Junior’s subgroup Super Junior-M made a “long stay” for two months in Taiwan this year to study Mandarin. They appeared frequently in Taiwan, stimulating sales of their Mandarin album “Perfection”. Adding on the fact that the pronunciation of “too perfect” is similar to that of “Taiwan is beautiful” and “Taiwanese girl”, they sold 60000 copies, becoming the bestselling South Korean artist in Taiwan.
Most popular Korean group SJ, concert tickets on sale today
SJ’s new Korean album “Mr. Simple” was not far behind, selling 45000 copies, taking second place behind the first-placed SJ-M. On February 3, 4, and 5 next year SJ will be holding their concert at Taipei Dome, and the tickets will be going on sale at 1PM today through the 7-11 i-bon system. Korean stars’ albums dominate, top 10 all sold over 10000 copies
Jang Geun Suk released an album after experiencing success in acting. He came to Taiwan in June to hold a fan meeting and sold out both meetings, raking in NTD 26,720,000 (about $883000). With his explosive popularity, his album “The Lounge H Vol. 1” defeated Girls’ Generation, selling 40000 copies, and is the only artist in the top 5 that is not a part of a group. 4th placed Girls’ Generation’s “The Boys” sold 26000 copies.
South Korean boy band CNBlue had a busy schedule this year, and even though they have not been to Taiwan to meet the fans, they still took 5th place with 20000 copies. In addition, Kim Hyunjoong (15000 copies), F.T Island (15000 copies), Big Bang (12000 copies), TVXQ (11000 copies), and f(x) (10000 copies) round up the top ten of the sales chart, selling more than 10000 copies each, proving the Hallyu wave’s popularity.
