How is it that female idol stars keep their skinny figures? What do they eat?
The answer is, not much. On the most recent broadcast of "Entertainment Report" on KBS2 on March 17th, the meal plans for stars boasting the best bodies were revealed.
Some of the thinnest girl groups were highlighted, showing that those bodies don't come without a price.
New group members of Stellar reportedly eat specially prepared meal sets that have boiled squid. Another group, Chocolat drinks a lot of water frequently throughout the day.
Members of Nine Muses are on the "paper cup diet". Basically, they fill a small paper cup 2/3 of the way with rice, and the rest with veggies. They simply eat this to keep "full".
The group that garnered the most attention was Girls Generation. The meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner were revealed, most of it revolving around brown rice, broccoli, chicken breast, and salad.
Out of all the girl groups featured, it seemed that the most popular food item was hard-boiled eggs. Most of the groups all ate hard-boiled eggs, more specifically just the whites.
A couple of other "diet secrets" that popped up were that of Jo Eun Suk who boasts a six-pack and gym-fanatic Lee Hee Kyung. Jo reportedly eats a lot of baby octopus, while Lee depends on spicy Cheongyang chili peppers for her figure.

Girl group STELLAR get's called out again for their too revealing stage outfits.
STELLAR recently made their comeback with their new song "UFO" also debuting 2 new members and in the music video, the group was already called out for too revealing outfit with the short skirt and provocative choreography, to this their agency said that they have modified the stage outfits, however, it seems not all the outfits were modified.
The group recently performed their song on MBC "Show Champion" on the 21st of February and the members showed up wearing short shorts and short skirts. One part of the choreography, you can clearly see the member's safety shorts and the fans are showing their discomfort in seeing this.
It is not the first time they are called out for the same issue and hopefully their agency will do something about it.

Rookie group Stellar has been receiving great support from their seniors, Shinhwa.
Stellar, which was produced by Shinhwa's Eric, debuted last August with “Rocket Girl“. With the addition of new members Minhee and Hyo Eun, Stellar has returned with a new style with their freshly released digital single called “U.F.O.”
Though the boys of Shinhwa have been busy preparing for their comeback concert, Shinhwa greatly supported Stellar. Aside from Eric, who has been working hard for the girls as the producer, fellow members Jun Jin helped the girls by cameoing in their latest music video, while Kim Dong Wan sent them a video message.
In his video message, Kim Dong Wan congratulated Stellar on their second single, and told them that when he was watching them rehearse, they left a favorable impression with their hard work ethic and pretty look. The Shinhwa members have been using the same dance studios as Stellar to practice for their upcoming concert, and they were keeping their eyes on the rookies.
Returning with a brand new lineup, rookie girl group Stellar kicks off their live performance of their latest track "UFO" on tonight's Music Bank.
After the departing of members Jo Ah and Lee Seul to form their own ballad group Honey Dew, Stellar revamped their lineup and recruited new members Hyoeun and Minhee. These ladies aren’t letting anything stop them from a fabulously fierce comeback.

STELLAR recently revealed their mv teasers and the single UFO on the 8th of February. They have already released the 2nd mv teaser and you can get to see a glimpse on the song's choreography and costume. However, fans noticed that Minhee's skirt was too short and her underpants was seen on the part of the choreography.
After the music video teaser was revealed, STELLAR's agency received verious phone calls complaining about the underpants of the member being clearly seen in the video. The agency quickly made amends on the situation and said that the stage outfits will be revised and they will make the skirt longer.
Meanwhile, STELLAR made their comeback in Mnet's "M!Countdown" and Minhee can be seen wearing a longer skirt compared to the skirt she wore in the mv teaser.

Today, STELLAR revealed a new mv teaser for their upcoming comeback song "UFO" and unlike the first teaser where it shows the drama side of the song, this time the group can be seen with close ups and dance choreography.
The 2 new members Hyo Eun and Min Hee are also seen sparking interest from netizens. Netizens are interested on how STELLAR will be now with the 2 new members. Also, in the music video, one member's "underwear" or "safety shorts" gets exposed on the early part of the video due to the choreography. Is it a wardrobe malfunction or intentional?

After announcing their upcoming return at the end of January, rookie girl group Stellar finally began teasing fans with the released of its first music video teaser for new track!
The MV teaser titled "U.F.O", features Shinhwa member Jun Jin and take on a role that falls in love with the female lead at first sight and learns about love throughout their relationship.
Stellar will make their comeback with a brand new lineup. After Jo Ah and Lee seul left the group to form their ballad group Honey Dew, the group recruited two new members named Hyoeun and Minhee.
