After the successful debut of the runner-up Busker Busker, Mnet’s Superstar K3 grand winner, Ulala Session will now be making their first step in the limelight as well.

Having undergone further vocal training, instrument lessons and language studies, Ulala Session is now ready to make their official debut into the music scene with their first single “Happy Day.” In the addition, the full music video for the single has been unveiled.

Lim Yoon Taek of the K-pop band Ulala Session confessed on Friday that he was a bully in his high school days.

In his new role as Suseo Police Station’s honorary ambassador for school violence prevention, Lim gave a lecture at Dankook Technical High School in Seoul in which he revealed his dark past as a bully. He expressed remorse for his behavior and said he regretted being a bully when he was young.

“I was suspended for two years during my high school days and frequently changed schools,” Lim said to an audience of 400 students.

“I’m really ashamed of myself.”

Lim said students should take care of each other and urged them not to make same mistakes he did.

“When you become a root of evil in a small society like school, you can never go back,” Lim said.

Lim, who is still receiving treatment for stomach cancer, became popular with his band last November after winning season three of the popular reality show “Superstar K.”

The winner of the singing-audition show “Superstar K3,” Ulala Session, is inviting newbie actors and actresses to try their luck at auditions to star in the group’s first music video.

The music video will be for the title track of the group’s debut album, which will be released in late April.

Male and female actors just starting out in the industry are encouraged by the band to register from March 13 to April 4 on the band’s Me2Day Web site.

The band says that it won’t unfairly discriminate against entrants based on looks or age.

“If we were solely evaluated based on our looks, we would never have made it in the industry either. As long as you have a dream and keep on trying, you have a shot,” the band said.

A spokesperson for the band said the contest will make dreams become reality, just as the singing show on Mnet changed the band members’ lives forever. The quartet won “Superstar K3” last year after a close competition with the runner-up band Busker Busker.

Marriage is on the horizon for Ulala Session’s Kim Myung Hoon and his girlfriend this coming May.

One media outlet recently reported that Kim Myung Hoon had been dating for a year with a girlfriend that is 1 year younger than him. The report stated that Kim Myung Hoon is planning on getting married in May 12, and that his girlfriend was currently pregnant.

On March 7th, a representative from Mnet revealed, "The pregnancy rumor of his fiancee is true. She’s in the early stage of her pregnancy. We know that they have been talking about marriage for a long time now. Kim Myung Hoon doesn’t really think of himself as a celebrity and thought it was just like any other marriage between couples, so he didn’t make an official announcement."

Meanwhile, Ulala Session was the winner of Mnet’s "Superstar K3." The group is currently preparing their debut album set to drop near end of April.

Mnet's 'Superstar K3' winner Ulala Session and runner-up Busker Busker will be making their official debut sometime between March and April.

According to Mnet, Ulala Session's album is planned to be released near the end of April. Leader Lim Yoon Taek and the other members are undergoing vocal training, instrument lessons, and foreign language studies in order to prepare. The music industry of CJ E&M, famous composers, musicians, and music video directors have gathered to bring out the best of Oolala Session’s unique character into the album.

On the other hand, the runner-up, Busker Busker, is planning on debuting a bit earlier than Ulala Session at the end of March. Though their member Brad had temporarily left the group during the Superstar K3 Top 11 Concert Tour, he has since returned, and the group is planning to debut with all of its original members.

A representative of the music industry of CJ E&M stated, “CJ E&M will utilize its incubating system to debut the Top 11 (of Superstar K3) step by step.”

Members of Ulala Session, the previously unknown group that rose to fame on the audition show “Super Star K3,” have decided to go it on their own, fearing the influence that professional management companies might have over their music.

The quartet, known for its vocal skills, break-dance moves and energetic performances, has been thinking about signing with a label since winning the reality program last year. Agencies like Loen Entertainment, the company behind singing sensation IU, have reportedly tried to recruit the group.

But instead, Ulala Session will use some of its 500 million won ($442,000) in prize money to establish its own agency, through which it hopes to release a pop album by April.

On February 14th, the singer updated his Twitter, "Thank you so much for every single one of your gifts!!! The picture frame is amazing! The families’ faces make a picture of my face~ Thank you!", and uploaded the photo above.

In the photo, Lim Yoon Taek proudly shows off the huge and unique photo frame. He is seen smiling brightly while holding the big photo mosaic from his thoughtful fan.
