Gary and Song Jihyo "pepero kiss" scene in the upcoming episode of SBS's "Running Man" has become a hot topic.
In the episode that will be aired on March 17th, Running Man members along with After School's UEE and actress Noh Sa Yeon as guests will transform into princesses and the fools. According to an old folktale in Korea, there was a princess named Pyungkang who fell in love with a fool named Ondal , and the princess tried to help training the fool into a great general.
There will be a "Pepero Kiss" game and according to the trailer of this episode, Monday Couple will have a chance to challenge the game. The trailer has become a hot topic and many people especially fans of this couple are really excited to watch this episode this sunday.
In addition, Lee Kwangsoo also will attempt to develope a loveline with UEE, and it will surely bring a lot of laughter to the viewers.

After being
confirmed in the upcoming movie “Jackal Is Coming”, rumors of Song Ji Hyo leaving the variety show ‘Running Man’ have been circulating online.
According to C-JeS Entertainment on April 20th, Song Ji Hyo along labelmate and JYJ member Kim Jaejoong completed their first script reading on the 18th and are preparing to begin filming for the movie. Being cast as a lead character, the possibility of the actress leaving ‘Running Man’ has been up in the air.
In response, a representative of ‘Running Man’ stated, “We have never heard about Song Ji Hyo leaving ‘Running Man’. Furthermore, we have never discussed the matter of Song Ji Hyo leaving with her agency”, denying the rumors.
Song Ji Hyo has been receiving much love in the show as being part of the “Monday couple” with Gary. In addition, she also earned the ‘Ace’ spot of the show for her clever tactics.

Actress Song JiHyo and Singer/Actor Kim Jaejoong are to star as the lead characters in the upcoming film “Jackal Comes” (Director Pe Hyun Joon).
“Jackal Comes” will be under the production of Nomad Films and officials from both their side as well as JiHyo and Jaejoong’s management company, C-JeS entertainment, have stated that Song Jihyo and Kim Jaejoong will star in “Jackal Comes” as the female and male protagonists respectively. On April 20th, C-JeS entertainment officials stated the the first readings for the movie will be finished soon.
“Jackal Comes” is a story about an unstable female bar singer who kidnaps a popular singer and tries to kill him, causing police to be dispatched and go through a number of comedic episodes trying to stop her. Both Song Jihyo and Kim Jaejoong fit well with the characters they will play and will bring their own unique colors to the scenarios portrayed in the movie.
Currently Song Jihyo is getting much love from the public for her charming, fresh appeal and work on the popular SBS variety show “Running Man”. This will be Jihyo’s first time in 4 years coming back to the movie scene since the 2008 film “Frozen Flower”.
From being an actor as well as a singer, Kim Jaejoong is advancing past the realm of dramas onto the big screen. In 2009, Jaejoong starred in the film “Heaven’s Postman”, but this is his first time being a lead in a full-length movie that will be shown to widespread commercial audiences. Last year, Jaejoong was recognized for his superior acting skills in SBS’s drama “Protect the Boss” and will be making another broadcast appearance soon as a lead role in the upcoming drama “Time Slip Dr. Jin”. [Jaejoong] is expected to reveal a different set of charms for this big screen.
The Director of “Jackal Comes” is Pe Hyun Joon, who has directed past works such as “Don’t Believe Your Girlfriend” and “Boys Don’t Cry”. This film will be distributed through LOTTE Entertainment. Along with Song JiHyo and Kim Jaejoong, a large supporting cast will also be joining. The film is expected to be in theaters by September or October.

Back in February, Song Ji Hyo and JYJ’s Junsu
were reported that they were cast in the upcoming movie ‘Jackal is Coming’. However, their agency C-JeS Entertainment denied the reports stating Junsu’s casting was utterly false and shocking. The agency also explained that Song Ji Hyo indeed received the script but she didn’t confirmed anything.
On April 20th, C-JeS Entertainment released more details and confirmed the casting of actress Song Ji Hyo and Junsu’s fellow JYJ member Kim Jaejoong. They also announced that the two stars completed their first script reading on the 18th and are preparing to begin filming for the movie.
‘Jackal is Coming’ will be directed by Bae Hyung Joon, the man behind ‘Too Beautiful To Lie’ and ‘Once Upon a Time in Seoul.’ The comedy film is about a goofy female assassin who kidnaps a popular idol singer and tries to kill him in a weird way while keeping back the police.

Singer and composer Jung Jae Hyung has embarrassed Song Ji Hyo.
On the April 1st episode of SBS’s ‘Running Man’, the members carried out a ‘Running Man Code’ special with guests BoA and Jung Jae Hyung.
The ‘Running Man’ members and the two guests were each separated into three teams with Blue Team having Song Ji Hyo, Ji Suk Jin and Kwang Soo; Jung Jae Hyung, Kim Jong Kook and HaHa on the Yellow Team; and Red Team are BoA, Yoo Jae Suk and Gary.
While moving to a location with his team in the car, Jung Jae Hyung had Kim Jong Kook and HaHa taken aback asking, “Who’s that girl? What was her name? I don’t remember.”
Haha, well aware of the actress’ personality, replied, “Hyung, are you referring to Ji Hyo? If Ji Hyo was here right now, you’d probably be getting abused. You should be grateful that you’re on our team.”
However, Jung Jae Hyung answered wittily, “Then I’ll just get down on my knees. I like girls that are like that”, causing his teammates to erupt into laughter.

Park Yoochun and Park Yoohwan's father passed away. Fellow
JYJ members and labelmate
Song Ji Hyo offered condolences to Yoochun and the family.
Park Yoochun's father passed away on the morning of the 14th due to chronic illness. Yoochun landed in Korea on the 14th after the JYJ Chile Tour and arrived at the funeral around 6PM. His brother and actor Yoohwan and his mother with other members of his agency were there.
Fellow group members Kim Jaejoong and Kim Junsu were the first to arrive at the funeral location in Seoul. Upon their arrival, they offered their deepest condolences to the family and paid their respect to his father. Label mate Song Ji Hyo was also present and offered her encouragement and condolences.
Only family, friends, agency related people and such are allowed in the funeral with reporters and other outsiders being controlled. Those media members who were at the airport all the way to the funeral have cleared out.
A friend of Yoochun said, "All the members of the group must've gone through a hard time with the stalker fan issue. Handling the tour alone must have been such a great deal but hearing this sad news when he hasn't even recovered yet must be great shock. It seems like he couldn't eat or sleep well until right before he went on stage on the tour and I'm worried he might not be well mentally and physically".

SBS drama "T
he Rooftop Prince" will make their way over for condolence until the late night. There were plans for the drama starting from today but were cancelled for now.

C-Jes Entertainment revealed on February 23rd, "It's true Son Ji Hyo received the script but she didn't confirm anything. The report about Junsu also isn't true".
"Song Ji Hyo had one meeting after she got the script. The news about Junsu is just utterly false and shocking".
Junsu also had a meeting but his management said that doesn't mean he's confirmed to star in the movie. He is currently in the musical "
Elizabeth" and is looking forward to the JYJ South American Tour next month.
Meanwhile, "Jackal Is Coming", which is directed by

“Jackal is coming” is the next movie of director Bae Hyungjoon who made “Don’t trust her” and “the Boy would not cry.” The movie portrays the incident as a clumsy female killer kidnaps a famous singer, tries to kill in strange way as she was requested, and the police are dispatched.
JYJ’s member Junsu is the leading candidate as the person Song Jihyo would kidnap. Kim Junsu has never made an appearance in film, but he built his acting career through musical “Mozart” and “Elisabeth.” The fact that he is a famous singer fits the character in the film. They would work in harmony as they are from the same agency.
However, the fact that Junsu has never acted in film is an obstacle. The producing company and investors are concerned with this.
The agency CJES entertainment stated “it is true that (Junsu’s appearance) is on the table, but NOTHING has been decided yet.”
“Jackal is coming” will finish casting soon and start shooting from at the end of March.

Running Man‘, which was recorded right after the media broke news of

The episode was a “spy race” themed one that had actress
Lee Da Hae as a guest. During the beginning of the show, they talk about the past love line between
Kim Jong Kook and
Yoon Eun Hye, and slowly moved over to talk about the Monday Couple.
Yoo Jae Suk looked at them and said, “We need a new love line now.”
Gary stated, “Monday couple is not over yet! After the news about the relationship, I drank 3 days straight,” arousing laughter to everyone.

After the
relationship of Song Ji Hyo and CEO Baek Chang Joo was made public through a media outlet on February 1, fans of SBS’ “Running Man” expressed their sadness that they may not be seeing any more of the Monday couple on the show anymore. However, on yesterday’s episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” the Monday couple finally made their comeback.
During the episode, the cast and crew headed over to Incheon for a “Gary Knows Everything” special. Last December, Gary won the “2nd Running Man Best of the Best Competition,” getting a free trip to Europe. The mission of the day was to use Gary’s memories from his Europe trip to find the ‘bag of memories’.
Song Ji Hyo and Kang Gary not only went off to look for the bag together, but they also made a comeback as the Monday Couple. The two were seen holding hands and Gary even delivered a handwritten letter containing his feelings to Song, acting like the same-old Monday couple to fans’ relief.
The broadcast, however, was filmed near the end of January, a while before Song’s relationship became known in early February, meaning that this doesn’t mean the Monday Couple is back for good.

Dispatch has reported that Song Ji Hyo is dating Baek Chang Joo who is the CEO of her entertainment company, C-JES Entertainment. Their relationship began since December 2011 and has continued throughout the New Year.
Song Ji Hyo and Baek Chang Joo were caught having a late-night stroll in the park outside of Seoul. It is being said that Baek Chang Joo charmed Song Ji Hyo with his delicate and gentleman side.
A source was quoted saying, “There are many negative impressions of the CEO in the public. However, he is quite opposite of what the rumors say about him. I believe it was his sensitive nature that caused Song Ji Hyo to fall for him.”
Confirming their relationship, C-JES stated, "Song Ji Hyo and Baek Chang Joo are dating, but they are still in the early stages of their relationship. Because this is a private personal matter, we have no way of knowing when and how they started dating."

Mango Tree Donation Project by C-Jes Entertainment singers including JYJ, Song Ji Hyo, and Park Yoo Hwan is closed on January 2 collecting over 25 million won.
C-Jes Entertainment posted on its official website, “Mango Tree Donation Project by Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoo Chun, Kim Jun Su, and Park Yoo Hwan collected over 25 million won in donation and it will deliver more than 2000 mango and apple seedlings to Sudan, Africa.”
The donators of this project will receive a thank-you mango tree card that has autographs of stars of C-Jes Entertainment.
Song Ji Hyo, JYJ, and Park Yoo Hwan even shared their new year’s resolution.
Song, who was awarded with the Excellence Award at SBS Entertainment Awards and the Producer Award at MBC Drama Awards, said, “As an actress, I’m very happy to receive such a meaningful award which is derived from the love for Gyebaek by so many people. I’m also happy for Running Man, which is like a family to me, to bear a big fruit this year. I will keep trying my best to give you laughter in your living room and will meet you through great, touching works on TV in 2012.”
JYJ said, “The award means a lot to us and we believe that fans of JYJ will be more happy than any of us. We will do our best as actors to respond to your great love and support. We promise to give the best out of us as JYJ and actors through the musical Elizabeth which opens in February and writing new songs while preparing for the tour concert to South America.”
Finally, Park Yoo Hwan, who was nominated for the Rookie Award at MBC’s Drama Awards said, “I’m so happy for Yoo Chun, Jae Joong, and Ji Hyo, who are like a family to me, for winning many awards. I was happy for simply being at the awards ceremony for the first time in my life. This year I’ve learned that if I learn with integrity and do my best, my acting will improve and I’ll be able to make a bond of sympathy with viewers.
