Casting for her first acting role in the upcoming SBS TV’s drama ‘Jang Ok Jung’, KARA’s Seungyeon showed her beautiful look in a traditional Hanbok.
On March 18, Seungyeon updated her Twitter, “Before and after the press conference. I was so nervous, and I don’t even remember what I said”, and uploaded two photo of herself looking gorgeous in her traditional Hanbok.
Seungyeon will be casting as Kim Tae Hee’s rival and royal concubine Choi. She will be vying for Yoo Ah In’s love against Kim Tae Hee. ‘Jang Ok Jung’ will premiere on April 8th.

On February 16th, KARA guested on KBS 2TV 'Entertainment Weekly' and shared many interesting stories.
When the reporter showed Han Seungyeon's selca photo that she uploaded on her twitter in the past, she kept laughing.
When being asked if her photo was really no make-up face as many people think, Seungyeon said, "I use photoshop. There are a number of different filter functions." made everyone burst into laughter.
Moreover, KARA also talked about their diet method.
Actress Kim Tae Hee and KARA member Han Seungyeon showcased their strong resemblance to each other.
Recently, a photo of Kim Tae Hee and Seungyeon titled “Kim Tae Hee and Han Seungyeon have similar figures” was posted on an online community board, and is currently making headlines among viewers.
In the photo, the two stars showed very similar features. Revealing their foreheads, both Kim Tae Hee and Seungyeon showcased similar half moon shaped eyebrows and lips, which caught the attention of netizens.
Upon seeing the photo, netizens commented, “Daebak! They look exactly like one another”, "Han Seungyeon is like a carbon copy of Kim Tae Hee", “How could it be? Are they doppelgangers or something?” and more.
On April 24, Girl group members including KARA's Park Gyuri & Han SeungYeon, Miss A's Suzy, 4Minute's Hyunah and f(x)'s Krystal were spotted at the Shinsegae Department store, filming an episode of Running Man. They were caught on camera by the Running Man fans, wearing a mini white wedding dress with sweat pants under and training shoes.
The Daily Sports has reported that the concept of the episode is about newly weds couple, whereas you see from the photo above, the girls are paired up with the Running Man casts who were wearing wedding tuxedos.
Suzy has appeared on the show for the second time. Also the second time she's paired up with HAHA, one of her biggest fans who are infected by the Suzy Disease.
The attraction of girl group members to the show, has caused traffic problems earlier today at the shooting location, Seoul - where many fans gathered to get a glimpse of their favorite Running Man cast members or their favorite girl group member.
KARA’s Han Seungyeon’s jaw-line transformation is currently making headlines online.
On March 30th, a netizen uploaded a ‘Before and After’ comparison pictures of Seungyeon onto an online community board titled, “Seungyeon loses her cheek fat and her chin has transformed into a perfect v-line.”
In the picture, Seungyeon has a chubbier cheeks and circular-shaped face. The other pictures shows the singer with a noticeable visible v-line compared to the past.
Netizens commented, “If you lose weight, your face does become slim”, “I think her past appearance was much more cuter“, “Did she get a plastic surgery?” “Her v-line is too pointy” and “It looks like it was photoshopped.”
KARA's Han Seungyeon shared a photo taken from her bed right before she sleeps.
On March 21st, Seungyeon wrote on her twitter, "I can’t fall asleep today too. I’m just rolling around on this wide bed. In two hours, I have to get ready for a broadcast... My face is going to be puffy", and uploaded the photo above.
In the photo, Seungyeon is seen lying down on her bed with her comfortable clothes. She stretched out her arms while looking directly at the camera. Her simple shirt and no-makeup face makes her seem even more innocent.
Netizens commented, "Ceramic skin even just sleeping two hours", "She's still pretty even without make-up” and more.
The March 16 episode of the SBS sitcom "Salamander Guru" seems to be another celebrity explosion. Known to feature star-studded cameo appearances, the sitcom will be adding up KARA's Seungyeon and Jewelry's Eunjung to the growing star cameo list.
According to an associate from the show, Seungyeon will be using her real name "Seungyeon", who dates the character Chan Woo before being dumped by him. She comes to the Salamander Guru’s shop and receives the help of Won Sam and Min Hyuk to try and win back Chan Woo’s heart.
During this time Min Hyuk will start to notice Seungyeon’s similarities with his first love, stirring up the storyline. On the other hand, Eunjung will play Chan Woo’s new girlfriend.
The episode with Seungyeon and Eunjung will air on March 16.

KARA member Han Seungyeon's unexpected abs currently creating a stir amongst netizens.
Recently, photo of Seungyeon taken from KARA’s independent concert held on February 18th to 19th at Seoul’s Olympic Park has been uploaded online.
Seungyeon is seen packing unexpected abs, peeking through her shirt. Fan were surprised as the star's body is exactly the opposite of her adorable and baby faced image.

KARA members Han Seungyeon and Kang Jiyoung along with actor Lee Min Ki captivated the fans with their latest pictorial.
In the upcoming TV commercial for casual clothing brand UNIONBAY, which was arranged at Abbey house studio in Gyeonggi-do on January 10, the three celebrities showcased their natural charms and styles.
The photoshoot, which has a story like a short movie, is based on a story of three characteristic youngsters getting to know each other through daily events and special parties.
Meanwhile, UNIONBAY opens its renewed website on February 1 and starts a promotional event, which is an invitation to KARA’s first exclusive concert set for February 18th.
The event will be conducted targeting UNIONBAY existing and new customers all over the country. Through a lottery system, total 200 people will be invited to KARA’s concert.
