After the success of his SBS drama ‘Faith’, actor Lee Min Ho will be returning to television with writer Kim Eun Sook’s drama ‘The Heirs’ (working title).

On March 29th, Lee Min Ho’s management agency Starhaus Entertainment announced, “Lee Min Ho is confirmed to play the male lead on ‘The Heirs’ which will run 20 episodes with Kim Eun Sook as the writer and Kang Shin Hyo as the director.”

Lee Min Ho said, “I’ve always wanted to work with Kim Eun Sook and this time my dream is coming true. I am excited for this one and to be with the writer and director I’ve always respected.”

Actor Lee Min Ho had his first fan meeting in Indonesia at Jakarta Convention Center on March 23, and met up with about 5,000 fans.

His label, Starhaus Entertainment said, “A great number of fans gathered at Jakarta airport to celebrate his first visit to Indonesia, and even a great number of airport personnel were busy trying to take photos of him.”

In addition, due to excessive number of crowds, the venue for the press conference was changed. At the site, some VIP political people also participated, proving the overwhelming popularity of Lee Min Ho.

Lee Min Ho appeared on the stage singing a song, and had a wonderful time with his fans for about 3 hours playing games, giving out presents and taking photos. He said, “I should’ve come much earlier. I’m sorry, and thank you for waiting me for a long time.”

Popular actor Lee Min Ho will be releasing his first album and kick off a 10-city tour around Asia.

On March 14, Lee Min Ho’s agency, Starhaus Entertainment, announced, “Lee Min Ho’s special album will be released worldwide. He will kick off his live tour late May in Korea.”

“This album release is not in interest of becoming a singer but for fan service. This is like a respond to national and international fans who have supported him until now. He plans on visiting ten cities in China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and more for the tour.”

Lee Min Ho shared, “My goal is to only become an outstanding actor so becoming a singer is out of my concerns. This is a present I've prepared for my fans and I am coming back with a new project as soon as possible. Thank you for the support and love.”

While every girl is dying to have a smooch with Lee Min Ho, actress Kim Hee Sun revealed that she ‘hated’ her kiss scene with the popular actor.

On the March 12th broadcast of SBS’ ‘Incarnation’, So Yi Hyun, Bae Soo Bin, Kim Jae Dong, and 2AM’s Seulong talked about the theme, “moments when I feel the 100% pervert in me.”

As a married woman, Kim Hee Sun spoke about her kiss scene with actor Lee Min Ho for their drama ‘Faith’. She confessed with a bright smile on her face, “I hated having to do it when I have a husband.”

The panel laughed with the actress as her reaction seemed to tell the opposite, and jokingly agreed, “Yeah you must’ve hated it.”

2AM member Lee Changmin and Lee Min Ho have been set to pull back the curtain to make their debut as musical actors.

Lee Min Ho of ‘Rooftop Prince’ and 2AM’s Changmin will play the main roles in the musical “La Cage Aux Folles” and will act as Albin and Jean-Michel.

“La Cage Aux Folles” was based on the 1973 French play by Jean Poiret which won three Tony Award for making the audience laugh and shed tears with the provocative and emotional storyline.

The musical is set to open at the LG Art Center starting July 4th through September 4th.

As “Rooftop Prince” cancelled its broadcast to give way for the 19th National Assembly election, JYJ’s Yoochun revealed a funny photo to make up for the fans.

On April 11th, Yoochun posted three photos on his Twitter account of cast members Han Ji Min, Jung Suk Won, Choi Woo Shik and Lee Min Ho of SBS’s “Rooftop Prince”.

Yoochun wrote, “Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Heart Captain Rooftop Man, ‘Rooftop Forces!!!’ Hoot~”, evoking laughter from the viewers. In the photos, the members are standing in formation of old action shows like the Power Rangers. With Han Ji Min in the center, the other members stood besides her in a V Formation while having flashy eyes to add comical effects.

Actor Lee Min Ho once again proved his unparalled popularity in China, causing a website’s servers to crashed down.

Lee Min Ho currently has an endorsement deal with the cosmetic brand, innisfree as its international model. Ahead of the launch of its brand in China at the end of April, a short, user-interactive movie “First Love” was released as a part of innisfree’s digital marketing strategy.

With so many fans trying to connect to the site, the servers were brought down several times, proving Lee Min Ho’s popularity is too much for the website to handle.

A member of innisfree said, “Though we increased our server capacity, it seems at the same time there were many fans who accessed the site multiple times leading to the crash.”

The 4 minute and 30 second long video is about Lee Min Ho missing his first love. The user can input in their picture and name in order to become the female protagonist and thus Lee Min Ho’s first love. At the end of the story the user can choose either “Yes” or “No” to see different endings.

Hallyu star Lee Min Ho had to cancel his fan event in China due to unexpectedly large amount of people swarmed to the scene.

On April 3rd, according to Lee Min Ho’s agency, Starhaus Entertainment, “On the afternoon of April 2nd, Lee Min Ho was planning to attend the opening ceremony of the brand Semir in X’ian, China. However, due to an overflow of people, the event got cancelled.”

Semir is a popular Chinese clothing brand that has over 6,000 stores all over the country. In light of the new store that was being opened, Lee Min Ho, who is the official model for the brand, was supposed to celebrate the opening with an event.

Huge crowds of people started to camp out from the night before the event to see Lee Min Ho. From the day before the event, about 5,000 people had filled up the square in front of the shop.

The employees of the store were trapped inside by the crowd of people and could not go outside. 100 extra staff members and bodyguards and 300 Public Security Officers were dispatched to the scene, but they were no match for the sea of Chinese fans.

Lee Min Ho was only able to tell his fans hastily in the filming video, “I’m upset that I had to leave without even getting to see everyone. I promise there will be a next time.”

Lee Min Ho tried his best to give something back to his fans and gave out 300 signatures in two hours.

Are Lee Min Ho and Park Min Young getting back together? The actor and actresses agency says otherwise. Recently, rumors of the two who have publicly declared their relationship before but eventually broke up due to their busy schedule started that the two were going to get back together.

However their respective agencies denied this rumor and called it "unfounded" and said that the two hasn't contacted each other since they broke up and clears all rumors of the two getting back together. Two two were co-stars in the hit drama SBS "City Hunter" and now they are working on their respective projects, Park Min Young is working on KBS "Man of Honor" while Lee Min Ho has been confirmed for the new drama "Faith".

Hallyu star Lee Min Ho, who rose to fame on “City Hunter” and “Boys Over Flowers”, recently confirmed his small screen comeback through the upcoming SBS drama ‘Faith’.

‘Faith’ was shunted from channel to channel for three years. Ever since 2010, the drama was unable to settle down due to the lack of a proper male lead, making it wander between MBC and SBS.

Lee Min Ho has became a savior for the much-maligned drama, as he finally taken up the offer. He will be playing Choi Young of the King’s personal guard, a man who later becomes the famed General Choi Young. The drama tells the story about a warrior during the Goryeo dynasty and a doctor from the present trying to make a king that heals common citizens.

Lee Min Ho stated, “The moment I began to read the script, I was absorbed into it. I ended up reading up to the 6th episode. I always liked historical dramas, and wanted to appear in one for an image change.”

‘Faith’ will start airing in August following ‘Ghost’, which stars So Ji Sub and Lee Yeon Hee.

Composer Jo Young Soo, who has produced past hits for vocal group SG Wannabe, has produced a new male duo called 2BiC. 2BiC, initially means '2Bi Continued', is comprised of Jihwan and Junhyun, who have already been praised for their prodigal talents.

After releasing series of MV teasers, 2BiC finally unveiled the full music video for their debut track "I Made Another Girl Cry". The video features actors Lee Minho and Joo Woon, where they gave stunning performances in the epic six-minute MV.
