The Boss has issued an apology on their official Japanese website regarding the Open World Entertainment’s CEO arrest.
On April 16th, The Boss posted a notice on their Japanese website stating, “We deeply apologize for the worries due to some reports about us in Korea. We’re currently investigating the truth behind the reports. As soon as we find out whether they’re true or not, we’ll let you know.”
However, first stament from The Boss, who is under Open World Entertainment, is believed to be more from The Boss’ Japanese agency, Sony Music Japan.
Due to ongoing scandal, The Boss has postponed the release of their 1st full-length album “Shadow”. Other singers including X-5 from the agency halted its activities as well.
Due to the arrest of the Open World Entertainment’s CEO, The Boss will be postponing their 1st full-length album “Shadow” until further notice.
Last week, the CEO of Open World Entertainment has been arrested and currently under going investigation. He was charged with habitual sexual harrassment, assault and rape of his singers, trainees and aspiring singers.
As a result, The Boss, who is under the same agency, has stopped all of their schedules. After the release of two video teasers earlier this week, the company stopped uploading new videos, focusing on the situation of the company instead. Other singers including X-5 from the agency halted its activities as well.
The Boss was initially scheduled to release their album on April 17th. Due to all of the commotion, the release date will be postponed to a new date hasn't been confirmed yet.

After being away in Korea since their “Lady” promotions, The Boss will be making their comeback with upcoming album “Shadow”. Following their first teaser which featured member Karam, the boys released new teaser featuring member Jay.
“Shadow” is The Boss’ first official album since their debut. The album will contain twelve tracks and an instrumental. It will feature new songs as well as previous hits from their single “Lady” and mini album “Awake.”
Ahead of their anticipated Korean comeback, The Boss has been releasing series of teasers for their first full-length album titled “Shadow”. In addition, the boys revealed the full tracklist for the upcoming album.

The Boss debuted on the third spot of the Oricon chart with their latest Japanese single!
On March 29th, The Boss' 5th Japanese single "Jumping" reached 3rd place on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart after selling 7,864 copies since being released on the 28th.
Diverting from songs such as those in their "Love Series", The Boss embarks on a "2nd Stage" with the release of "Jumping". The song features a cheerful and rock/dance feel and shows off the adorable charms of the members.

Diverting from their "Love Series" singles, The Boss is gearing up for another Japanese promotion and will release their 5th single titled "Jumping". Ahead to its official release on March 28th, the group has revealed the concept photos, along with the full music video for the upcoming single release.
The single will be released on three different versions; Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B and a CD only release. The CD only release includes "Jumping" and its instrumental, as well as its b-sides "Someday" and "Promise". Limited Edition A comes with the same CD, as well as a DVD which has the music video for the title track and behind-the-scene footage. Limited Edition B has an extra DVD including live footage of one of the "Love Letters" events.

Shinjou Mayu's "Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero!" has a live-action movie starring The BOSS' Karam

After series of releases in Japan, The Boss will finally return to the local music scene with a new studio album after five months.
According to Jang Seok Woo, CEO of their agency Open World Entertainment, "The Boss is currently preparing and recording for their first full-length album which will become available in April." He added, "Ahead of their comeback, the group will first hold an overnight fan meeting along their labelmates X-5 in Hokkaido on March 3rd."
"We are planning on The Boss' first concert and the inauguration ceremony of their fanclub in Korea while they will shoot the music video and pictures for the album cover right after their joint fan meeting with X-5," Jang explained.
The Boss' last released in Korea was their second single "Lady", which was released in October last year. After wrapping their promotions, the group has been busy focusing their activities in Japan.

Idol group The Boss got the 7th place on Japan's Oricon Chart.
Their regular album, Love Letters, which was released on 18th January got 7th place at the Weekly Oricon Chart, proving their popularity in Japan. On the day of its release, they even grabbed the 5th place.
The Boss is getting a lot of popularity in Japan because of their great music and fluent Japanese. The Boss' member Karam was even chosen as the main character of movie "Ai Ore' by Director Fukuyama Sakurako.
Starting from 18th of January, The Boss organised an event in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and other places to celebrate their release of their regular album. The event was a success. About ten thousand Japanese fans gathered to see The Boss.

There are a lot of sites to buy "Ai ore! Love Me" but I am only posting the ones that are liable and risk free. Most of the sites have the same prices (excluding the manga you buy IN the store). The original price of this manga is $12.00 (except for the ones that are not out yet). Most (or I think all) are in paperback.
Volume 4 and Volume 5(last one) is ready for pre-ordering. Volume 4 will be out on Febuary 7, 2012 Volume 5 will be out on May 1, 2012

On January, 20, 2011, the official twitter of the movie "Aiore" has been updating us on what's happening on and off camera. However, they have revealed that they finished filming the movie since last year & that their schedule was from the cold morning until the pitch black evening. Everyone really worked hard to finish this movie especially The BOSS Karam. Karam has been promoting their love series singles while filming this movie.
Since the parts for this movie are complete, all they have to do is add the OST* in the movie by the help of the CG staffs*. The PD* said that it might take some time for them to finish editing. So they would hope for everyone to be patient and wait for the movie to be revealed in public.
