Park Si Hoo, a well-known Hallyu star, has been accused of allegedly raping a 22-year-old woman with whom he spent the night drinking. While the investigation is still underway, an owner of the bar, where Park Si Hoo and the alleged victim had drinks at, volunteered for an interview.

“I heard that Park Si Hoo was accused of rape and was gob-smacked,” said the owner of the drinking venue. “I wasn’t there at that moment to see it but I asked around my workers and looked at the CCTV.”

The owner continued, “We have a surveillance camera above the cashier, so I could see Park Si Hoo escorting the victim out of the restaurant. However, when the girl left, she had no trouble walking down the stairs on her own,” in contrast to the victim’s claims that she lost consciousness and had been raped when she woke up.

Police said they plan to summon Park Si Hoo for questioning on February 24th.

Actor Park Si Hoo wrapped up his three-city tour of Japan on April 3, where he led fan meets in Osaka on March 29 and Nagoya on March 31. The Hallyu star drew the curtains on his final show in Tokyo with some birthday cake.

As the Tokyo-based fan meet coincided with the actor’s 34th birthday, fans and staff prepared a special birthday cake and surprised Park.

The entertainer took to the stage to sing and dance after indulging in some birthday cake, and played some never-before-seen footage of himself.

“It’s such an honor to receive such well wishes from you all. I won’t ever forget today and I want to thank you all for coming along to the show. I look forward to coming back to Japan in the near future,” said Park as the show came to an end.

China and Taiwan are the next stops on the actor’s fan meet tour.

Early this month, Park SiHoo announced to start his Asian tour with Japan first to go. He will be meeting his fans on the 29th in Osaka, 31st in Nagoya and 3rd on Tokyo. According to his agency Eyagi on March 12th, tickets for the aforementioned fan meeting have all sold out.

A representative stated, all 4,700 ticket to his meet-and-greet event have sold out with a day of going on sale. Due to overwhelming response, Park SiHoo's agency is getting continuous calls about additional concerts.

The upcoming fan meeting in Japan is the first time in 2 years Park SiHoo's meeting with Asian fans since the promotion of drama "Prosecutor Princess" in 2010. He has prepared a special stage for the Japanese fans and will also perform something on his concert in Tokyo which is also his birthday.

Park Si Hoo is apparently getting ready to pay back the attention he's been getting. His agency said, "He is working hard on the movie and in the fan meeting. He's shown passion by adding his own ideas and thoughts into the event planning".

Actor Park Si Hoo, who was the male protagonist of the KBS drama "The Princess' Man," appeared as the special guest model in the largest wedding collection in Japan entitled "2012 Yumi Katusra Grand Collection in Tokyo" that was held in the JCB hall in Tokyo on February 21.

Yumi Katusra is a world renowned designer and she has held the Yumi Katusra collection every year to express beautiful weddings of Asian countries with an appropriate way to express modern sentiment. This year marks 17 years since its opening, and it has been held 72 times up to now. This year’s Yumi Katusra Collection, which is the representative fashion show in Japan, was held with the theme of "The Wind of ASIA." Hallyu star Park Si Hoo, Japanese figure skater Miki Ando, and Chinese actress and singer Hubin appeared as the special guest models to represent Korea, Japan, and China, respectively. Besides new collections of Katusra, the wedding costumes of the three countries were presented after redesigning the traditional designs with a modern style. The Korean designer Kim Ji Hae, who advanced to Paris Haute Couture, received a favorable response with her recreated design of Hanbok.


Park Si Hoo appeared in a red jacket and white tuxedo in the midst of enthusiastic competition among 100 news media outlets to cover the story and he gave a red rose to one of the audience members.
