Singer Ock Joo Hyun uploaded a photo of herself doing Pilates.

On March 27th, Ock Joo Hyun posted on her Twitter, “Warming up for my show today! Let’s do it!”, and attached a photo of herself showing a high level of Pilates movement.

In the photo, Ock Joo Hyun is showing off a very difficult move by hanging herself in the fitness bar while having her upper body stretched down. The singer has continuously been working out to keep her body fit.

Ock Joo Hyun and Lee Jin of first generation idol group Fin.K.L recently reunited to celebrate their birthdays together.

On March 21, Ock Joo Hyun uploaded pictures on her Twitter and wrote, “Jin’s and my birthday is only a day apart. Jin was so nice that she ordered a special cake, sang the birthday song, blew candles with me. Thank you so much. Happy birthday to you.”

She added, “We had a lunch together! We accidentally wore same colors. Happy birthday, and I love you, my friend blue Lee Jin. Plum black Joo Hyun.”

Netizens who saw the picture commented, “Happy birthday to both of you”, “Great friendship”, “You are both looking beautiful” and more.

After releasing her digital single “Hemostasis” last month, former Fin.K.L member and current musical star Ock Joo Hyun is finally making her official comeback with new mini album ‘Reflection’.

Released on February 28th, ‘Reflection’ contains six tracks, three of which are new and features composers Jung Suk Won, Shin Jae Hong and lyricist Kim Eana. The single features various meaningful themes including love, ego and family.

After releasing her digital single “Hemostasis” last month, former Fin.K.L member and current musical star Ock Joo Hyun is finally making her official comeback with upcoming mini album.

The singer will release a new mini album titled ‘Reflection’ on February 28. The album will contain six tracks, three of which are new and features composers Jung Suk Won, Shin Jae Hong and lyricist Kim Eana.

Ock Joo Hyun’s new album will contain various meaningful themes including love, ego and family.

Top Korean entertainers expressed their condolences to Whitney Houston’s fans through Twitter yesterday, mourning the death of the American pop diva and paying tribute to her achievements.

The tragic news of Houston’s death was reported in Korea yesterday morning, and local stars quickly took to the Internet to express what they were feeling about the megastar, who was 48 years old. Some said she was “a mentor” for their music careers.

“I can’t believe it,” singer Lee Young-hyun of Big Mama wrote on her Twitter account. “Whitney Houston had a big influence on me. She was my role model and my mentor.”

Singer Ock Joo-hyun, former member of Fin.K.L., also said: “My heart is breaking with the news that Houston has passed away. She was a singer like my first lover, whom I truly loved and respected.”

Houston, for whom the cause of death has yet to be determined, had big fan base in Korea. She held a concert in Korea in February 2010 as part of her world tour called “Nothing But Love.”
