Immortal Song 2 aired another episode on the 14th of April and SHINee member Taemin who is one of the participants of the show shared his thoughts about his look.
The episode of ‘Immortal Song 2‘ that was aired on the 14th was dedicated to legendary singer Hyun In, who was active in the mid-1900s.
Taemin performed with long hairstyle that can be seen in the performances of their new song Sherlock, the only difference is Taemin tied his hair up. During an interview, Taemin revealed his thoughts about his feminine look by saying, “I’ve had the thought that I was beautiful before,”.

Through “Immortal Song 2” Taemin was able to showcase his hidden talents, and to garner a greater support from a wider range of fans.
Recently, Taemin participated KBS2TV “Saturday Freedom : Immortal Song 2” as a solo singer and gave an elaborate performance. He (used to be) acknowledged (just as) SHINee’s maknae or a dancer by everyone, but he received high/good reviews as a lead singer after appearing on “Immortal Song 2”.
Hence “Immortal Song 2” PD Go Mingu praised Taemin for bringing an astonishing performance during his phone conversation with Newsen - he thought he would have won the epsiode (s/n : The episode where Taemin performed Kim Gunmo’s “Wrongful meeting”)
In addition, he said that “Taemin’s performance is really unique. It felt good to see Taemin gain confidence bit by bit through “Immortal Song 2”. (He is) someone that make me anticipate how he will grow as a celebrity. He did not waver despite competing with older, more experienced seniors - he just worked hard”. In this period, Taemin competed alongside with Lyn, Im Taekyung, Sunghoon etc - representatives/leaders of the singing industry. He put up performances that were no less of quality compared to the seniors. He brought a unique performances that were 180-degree change/difference from the seniors which was out of everyone’s imagination. (Despite) Putting up a glamourous performance, he was still able to hold a steady note, and has a *ambiguous* broad vocal range/ able to maximise the stage.
Through Immortal Song 2, Taemin presented a vast variety performances that was appealing to the eyes and ears, especially the performance that was broadcasted on 17 March. The broadcasted performance on 3 March, Kim Gunmo’s “Wrongful meeting”, was an extremely heated performance, the elaborate dance stage and vocal skills was put together to create a high quality performance. Unfortunately, it was a great pity that he lost to Sung Hoon.
On another note, before Taemin proceed with his overseas schedules, he will continue to participate “Immortal Song 2”. In addition, SHINee’s comeback is around the corner, Taemin has to prepare for the comeback stage and “Immortal Song 2” - he must be really busy now.

SHINee’s Taemin will show his performance of Mapo Terminal by Silver Bell Sisters.
Taemin received good responses after performing his fresh version of Mapo Terminal on KBS Immortal Song 2′s episode to be broadcast on March 3rd at 6:15 PM.
Music critic Kang Heon smiled pleased after watching Taemin’s performance and said, “He made a splendid performance of Mapo Terminal. It was the most splendid on Immortal Song 2 performances I’ve ever seen.”
Mapo Terminal is a song released in 1967. Taemin, born in 1993, revealed his ambitious goal saying, “The song released even before I was born felt unfamiliar, but it was rearranged in a swing style. I made one win last week but would like to make two wins.”

SHINee's Taemin posted on their Japanese Mobile Fansite.
On the 24th of February, new picture and message have been posted by Taemin on their Japanese mobile fansite.
Taemin wrote "Everyone at Japan Mobile website, hello, I'm Taemin. This photo was taken in Paris, wearing 'The FIRST' outfit, at a Korean Music event. It's so complicated! (laughs) Everyone, SHINee will be coming back soon!" and attached his picture that was taken when SHINee was in Paris.
Taemin's looks so handsome in the photo that he shared on the fansite.
SHINee fans, SHINee will be coming back soon to show their improvements so look forward to it and support them.

SHINee‘s Taemin has put on yet another impressive performance on KBS 2TV‘s ‘Immortal Song 2‘.
On the February 11th broadcast of ‘Immortal Song 2′, the honorary legend of the day was singer Cho Young Nam, who’s just celebrated his 45 years in the business.
Lim Tae Kyung sang “Now“, Lee Jung sang “My Hometown Chungcheong Province“, Brown Eyed Soul‘s Sung Hoon sang “Delilah“, Davichi‘s Kang Min Kyung sang “Rolling Down the River“, ALi sang “Hwageh Marketplace“, 4men‘s Shin Yong Jae sang “I Can’t Live Without Love” and SHINee’s Taemin sang “Goodbye City“.
Although Taemin focused solely on his vocal performance last week, this week he showed off his dancing skills as well. At first, Taemin sang the song as a ballad. Then he quickly transitioned into a dance break, shocking both the audience and his fellow singers.
Meanwhile, a new rule was put into play for this episode. The 500 audience members will now place a vote right after each performance. Therefore, rather than voting for one of two singers after both performances, the total number of votes would follow each singer until the end and the two singers’ number of votes would determine the winner of each round.
If two singers receive the same number of votes, they are able to win as a tie. This new change will now make the competition fairer for the singers who sing at the beginning and end of the show.

Brown Eyed Soul Sung Hoon, SHINee Taemin will be joining “Immortal Song 2” as the new members.
KBS2TV announced on 23rd that Brown Eyed Soul Sung Hoon and SHINee's Taemin will be cast in IS2 which will start January next year.
SHINee’s Taemin who went to Paris, France and traveled to the UK for overseas activities helped to raise Hallyu wave. Also, Taemin has powerful dance moves will attract many fans.
