RaNia has revealed plans to start promotions in the U.S. and they will be managed by Britney Spears’ manager Larry Rudolph and Adam Lieber.
The group signed a distribution deal with Empire Records specializing in R&B music. They also signed a promotional deal with Fireworks Management for their upcoming activities in the U.S. music market.
Their agency DR Music stated, “Larry Rudolph asked this and that about our group at Fireworks and then said he wants to be part of our management. This is good news for us and we know this management combination cannot be obtained easily.”

They were criticized when they released their debut song,"Dr feel good", the choreography was too sexy and they changed part of it in order to continue promotion.

It has been a while since we last watched RaNia's performing on stage!
She opened up a Twitter account recently to update her fans about her condition,she is currently recovering from a surgery and will have a solo fanmeet in Thailand on 25th February.
