KARA's leader Park Gyuri talked about a junior girl group who was disrespectful.
During the broadcast of SBS' 'Incarnation', Gyuri was asked about on 'How to overcome the first meeting' and revealed a story. She started with "When I was a DJ of a radio show, a rookie girl group came to be the guest. Usually, rookies work hard and are respectful towards their seniors but this group was different. They were being impolite." Gyuri continued and said "For the sake of the radio show, I kept thinking that I was wrong and during the break, I showed my charisma to the members." sharing her story about this rookie.
Gyuri revealed that the rookie girl group's attitude changed after seeing her charismatic image. Other casts were surprised on how witty Gyuri is when it comes to taking care of impolite juniors.

On March 09, KARA revealed Gyuri's version for KARA THE ANIMATION.
Previously it was announced that KARA would get animated in KARA the ANIMATION as a 5-episode series with each episode featuring one member. The series will be aired on Japanese's NOTTV channel.
The 1st episode featuring Gyuri has just been revealed. Gyuri played a girl working in explosive ordnance disposal team of special police in Mexico. One day a bomb planted in the police station by a gang. The gang is upset that their plan was prevented Gyuri and gang boss Ekushito, vows a declaration of war against Gyuri. To counter the attack, Gyuri confronts the gang in a secretly developed armored Police unit.

On April 24, Girl group members including KARA's Park Gyuri & Han SeungYeon, Miss A's Suzy, 4Minute's Hyunah and f(x)'s Krystal were spotted at the Shinsegae Department store, filming an episode of Running Man. They were caught on camera by the Running Man fans, wearing a mini white wedding dress with sweat pants under and training shoes.
The Daily Sports has reported that the concept of the episode is about newly weds couple, whereas you see from the photo above, the girls are paired up with the Running Man casts who were wearing wedding tuxedos.
Suzy has appeared on the show for the second time. Also the second time she's paired up with HAHA, one of her biggest fans who are infected by the Suzy Disease.
The attraction of girl group members to the show, has caused traffic problems earlier today at the shooting location, Seoul - where many fans gathered to get a glimpse of their favorite Running Man cast members or their favorite girl group member.
Another star-studded episode is currently in the making for SBS variety show “Running Man.”
On April 24th, few members of girl groups including 4minute’s HyunA, KARA’s Seungyeon and Gyuri, f(x)’s Krystal and miss A’s Suzy were spotted recording for “Running Man.” The female idols were seen wearing wedding dresses while male cast members donned tuxedoes, raising curiousity amongst fans.
Photos of the members having recording in front of the Shinsegae Department Store were immediately uploaded in social networking sites, giving everyone some proof-shots for the upcoming must-watch episode.
KARA's leader Park Gyuri recently updated her twitter on the 4th of April and she shared something interesting about her past. On her twitter account she shared, "Where can you still find these? I was still in 5th grade when these were taken" and shared a couple of photo's.
She shared two different photo's and you can see the young Park Gyuri already modelling. In her young age she already boasts her natural beauty and goddess features. Miss the goddess Gyuri of KARA? If so then you are in for a treat as Gyuri shared a couple of selca's on her latest update. On the 1st of April, Gyuri updated her twitter account early in the morning and said, "Finished the fan meeting! Well done! I enjoyed it a lot" and shared a couple of photo's.
In her selca's, you can see Gyuri radiating with her goddess beauty in her outfit with her matching make up and her hair down also with her warm smile. Netizens commented, "Indeed she is a goddess", "The goddess is back!", "She's completely beautiful, undeniably a goddess".
KARA’s Park Gyuri recently underwent surgery to remove the nodule and polyps found in her vocal cords. After she assured her fans that she was fine following the surgery, Gyuri has revealed her fears and frustrations.
On February 29th, Park Gyuri posted on her Twitter, “Why is my throat constantly so tense? I’m afraid that I’ll lose my voice and I can’t stand it. I’ve been crying in the middle of the day.”
Gyuri was diagnosed last November and doctors have been urging her to undergo the surgery immediately. After she completed her surgery on February 21st, she has halted all her schedules to recover.

MBLAQ member Seungho recently proposed to KARA's Park Gyuri.
On the upcoming episode of KBS Joy’s "Hello Baby", which will air on February 23, the group members call several girl groups members and female entertainers during the search for their children’s mother.
Leader Seungho decided to call his close friend Gyuri and proposed to her all of a sudden. Other group members became jealous over Seungho and Gyuri’s close relationship and sweet talk.
Mir called a girl group member and serenaded her. In addition, the show will air Lee Joon and Mir, who always rank 4th and 5th on fathers rankings, competing against each other to win the babies’ hearts.

KARA's Park Gyuri has been diagnosed with Vocal Chord Nodule and needs to halt activities and undergo surgery.
According to KARA's agency, Park Gyuri will be receiving surgery and treatment this coming 21st of February for her vocal chord nodule. In her situation, she need's to get surgery or else it will be difficult for her to be working as a singer. Park Gyuri has been working hard and the situation has piled up.
Park Gyuri has been active promoting domestic and oversea's. She is also part of a musical and she has been flying to and from Korea and Japan and now are having their first ever Asian Tour, with their very busy schedule, A surgery needs to be done. She has already been diagnosed with vocal chord nodule November Last and has been treated.
She needs about 3 months of recovery after her surgery and she will be undergoing a rehabilitation and treatment until their next concert in April in Japan for their Asian tour.

On January 25, KARA member Gyuri left a bold response to the hateful and harsh comments from some upset netizens. Gyuri received malicious tweets after expressing her love for the soccer player Ki Sungyong on the recent episode of MBC "Our Sunday Night".
Gyuri wrote, "There are different ways to express inferiority complex. But it’s 2012, I’m going to just go my way. For the new year, why don’t we study new English words intead of wasting time on to create comments like these."
She continued, "Oh, just in case there is a misunderstanding over the phrase ‘inferiority complex.’ That word does not applies to manu people. I applies to people who express their thoughts without thinking."
Gyuri's messages are response for the malicious comments which read, "Park Gyuri watch out. My friends are Ki Sungyong fans and they said they’re going to hit you." Other wrote, "My friends are huge fans of Ki Sungyong, and they said they won’t leave you alone" and "Plastic surgery addict and loner!"

KARA member Gyuri confessed her love for the soccer player Ki Sungyong of Scotland Celtics.
During the recent episode of "Lululala" segment of MBC "Our Sunday Night", the members of the show were discussing on making national song for the "2012 Olympics". Kim Yong Man asked Gyuri, "Is there a sport you can think of?" and Gyuri replied, "I really enjoy watching soccer. I’m actually friends with soccer player Ki Sungyong."
MC Jung Hyung Don then jokingly asked her to leave a message and Gyuri cheered for him. Not satisfied, Jung Hyung Don said, "That's too weak!". To this, Gyuri said, "I love you friend. I love you Sung Yong", and surprised everyone.

KARA's Park Gyuri hilariously transformed into a Smurfette.
Production crew of MBC "Lulu Lala" have requested Gyuri to appear on the set in a glamorous red carpet outfit. She arrived in a sexy red dress and captured the eyes of the entire crew.
Unfortunately, she arrived at the set little late, forcing producers to give her a penalty. The sexy Gyuri then transformed into a Smurfette and asked, "Why are you doing this to me?".
But as soon as they start filming, she immediately adjusted into her character and showed off her great sense of humor.
