After recently concluding their endorsement contract with Girls' Generation, Kwangdong Pharmaceutical Co. has chosen the original nation's little sister, Moon Geun Young, as its new endorser!

Moon Geun Young has signed a new contract with Kwangdong Pharmaceutical Co. for the vitamin drink, Vita500. The actress started off by first featuring her voice in the new Vita500 commercial, but soon a commercial featuring the star will begin airing.

A representative from Moon Geun Young's agency stated, "She's currently started school again with her final year at Sungkyunkwan University. She only needs eight credits in order to graduate, which is not a heavy workload. Please wait for how she’ll come back to her fans with a great piece."

Actress Moon Geun-young will resume her final year of university this year after having put her studies on hold to pursue her acting career.

The 24-year old Moon enrolled at Sungkyunkwan University in 2006 to study Korean language and literature but had to defer time and time again, while her cohorts graduated in 2010.

“Although she has deferred her studies, Moon has been a diligent student during the times she was studying,” Moon’s representative said.

“Thus she only needs 8 credits in order to graduate, which is not a heavy workload. If she is presented with a great opportunity, she will be able to study and act at the same time.”

Unlike other child actors who are admitted into university acting programs without sitting a test, Moon wowed the public by taking the College Scholastic Aptitude Test in 2005.

Despite her hectic schedule, she has continued to pursue her studies. Last year in September, she took a short course in New York to improve her English.

Meanwhile, her absence from the entertainment world has been noted for the past year. Her agency says that this hiatus was related to the actress’ careful scrutiny of projects.

Actress Moon Geun Young and actor Lee Min Ho won't be able to graduate this coming February due to lack of graduation requirement and both had difficulty fulfilling the necessary credits to graduate from university.

Both actor and actress were busy with their own projects last year. Moon Geun Young had consecutive absences on classes and was very busy and lacked the necessary amount of credits required to graduate. Lee Min Ho faces the same problem as he also had consecutive absences and were not able to attend classes due to filming ending very late at night already, with his lack of attendance, it also resulted to lack of units required to graduate.

The universities both are currently attending have said that if they do not focus on their academics they will not be able to fulfill the necessary requirements to graduate. Hopefully, the two will be able to find time to attend classes and graduate soon.

The way that actress Moon Geun-yeong's hand landed on Moon Chae-won is catching people's attention.

Moon Geun-yeong handed over the Best Actress Award to Moon Chae-won at the 2011 KBS Acting Awards on the 31st of December. While Moon Geun-yeong was about to give Moon Chae-won a warm hug, a picture of them was taken. But it makes it look like Moon Geun-yeong's hand hardly reached Moon Chae-won's shoulder and landed on her breast.

Moon Geun-yeong's super-high stiletto heels to match her dress also drew lots of attention.
