Actress Goo Hye Sun has been invited to an international art fair in Hong Kong.

Her management agency, YG Entertainment, announced “Goo Hye Sun will be attending international art fair ‘Hong Kong Contemporary’, which will be happening from May 24th until 27th.”

‘Hong Kong Contemporary’ is an annual international modern art festival, inviting a great number of visual arts lovers and artists. Actor Ha Jung Woo was invited to Hong Kong to participate as a painter last year, and Goo Hye Sun was invited as this year’s Korean representative.

Goo Hye Sun first showed her talent at an exhibition called “Tango” in 2009 that featured pen illustrations and she recently held her second exhibition, “Afterimage”.

Actress Goo Hye Sun recently visited Singapore to promote her Taiwanese drama “Absolute Boyfriend.”

On April 17th, several pictures were posted on an online community website titled “Goo Hye Sun in Singapore.” In the pictures, Goo Hye Sun is seen wearing a white blouse and black shorts, while smiling brightly in front of the large crownd that gathered around to see her.

Goo Hye Sun, along with Taiwanese actor and Fahrenheit member Jiro Wang visited Singapore on April 14th and 15th. The two stars are promoting their new Taiwanese adaptation of Japanese manga and live action drama hit “Absolute Boyfriend.”

“Absolute Boyfriend” will broadcast through FTV, Taiwan and U Channel in Singapore on every Sunday night.

Actress and director Goo Hye Sun has cast actor Yoo Seung Ho to her next directorial project.

According to Goo Hye Sun's agency YG Entertainment, Goo Hye Sun, who concurrently holds the title of an actress and film director, cast actor Yoo Seung Ho as the male lead for her upcoming short 3D film "Pieces of Memories".

Yoo Seung Ho will be appearing as a figure that represents happy memories, a role that is gathering interest on how the character will relate to his audience.

"Pieces of Memories", which is her follow-up work after her latest "The Peach Tree", is collaboration with director Ji Gil Woong, the man behind "The King and the Clown". The film will be Korea’s first short film to use a 4K 3D system. The story will be about what the lead feels when reminiscing on precious memories.

Korean actress Goo Hye Sun has been cast to play the female lead in the new Taiwanese drama “Absolute Boyfriend,” in which women can order boyfriends customized to their preferences.

The show is a TV adaptation of the often fantastical manga, or Japanese-style animations, and Goo Hye Sun will play the character Xiao Fei, who falls in love with the boyfriend she ordered.

A poster promoting the Taiwanese drama was released by YG Entertainment on Thursday, and the actress can be seen in her usual cute demeanor wearing pink pajamas and slippers, with two male characters in the background.

Goo’s Taiwanese co-stars are Jiro Wang from the group Fahrenheit and actor Xie Kun Da. The drama will focus on a love triangle that will develop between the characters played by Ku, Wang and Xie.

The first episode will be broadcast on April 8 on the Taiwanese public TV network GTV.
